Been a few years since I needed to replace my security wands. I do not remember the gentleman's name that helped me. This is John from CSRE. Is he able to email me for some assistance? Ease of use, 5 stars. Exactly what we needed to be able to track our guards location/check-in. Received exceptional response via email and teamviewer support to correct an issue. Fantastic service, fantastic product.

Great product, terrible instructions.
Great product but the booklet it came with wasn't really a manual, it just had links that I had to type because the provided barcode doesn't work. it's a bit tedious, but the product itself and the software are all pretty good.

Do not buy
Does not work properly and seller is almost impossible to reach for Pacific time zone. Only got responses at 2am and was unhelpful. Looks promising, but not worth it.
