Exactly what I wanted dosage wise. Im on higher dose right now and it is effecting my hair thinning so lowering dosage. It being chelated help absorb better. Glad to find this brand. Glass jar a rare thing now days. Well packaged and arrived in good condition. Im pleased.

This was so nice to conveniently order on Amazon. I normally visit my local health food store to pick these up, but due to my work schedule could not make it in time. This was literally a lifesaver. As far as the brand goes, I've been using this brand/product for years. They have left me feeling much better, and more energized, usually within 30 minutes or so. I like that they are gel-dissolving capsules, about the width of a finger nail. They go down easily.
