These are a must have for postpartum deliveries! They last slightly longer than the instant cold packs and still offer that slight cushion while sitting down which is really nice for perineal swelling. The plastic material is very heavy duty so I have used them now for two postpartum with no issues with holes.

Vaginal birth MUST HAVE! I’ve had two!This is the most economical and easy way I have found. So easy to clean just put it under warm hot water and soap, dry, and stick in freezer. The instant packs can get really expensive because I use an ice pack with every trip to the bathroom for awhileIf you end up in a cesarean, some women like ice packs against their incision for burning pain.Afterwords you could microwave it and it would contour to your neck for muscle pain!Lansinoh is awesome for bottles too- the slope is more ideal for breastfeeding just fyi. great brand thank you!!!

These are a typical gel hot/cold pack. I actually bought them to use in my Frida C Section support band so I could rotate the ones it comes with out when they got warm, but they are very narrow. They also didn’t get cold enough even after being in the freezer overnight.
