Q: What is the biggest plate that fits?

It's deceptively big. On the water holder, you're basically looking at 2.5 to 3 cubic ft. To put it into perspective, i have mine on my countertop, but it's a half inch too tall to fit under the cabinets. I actually had to buy a length of plastic tubing to connect the dishwasher to the water basin. My point in all of this is that you should expect it to be big, even though it's marketed as small.

Q: How and where do you fill the water tank?

In the front there’s a drawer type opening that you pull out. It’s a shallow plate that’s slightly tilted that you pour the water onto and it flows down into the opening of the tank. Looks like a plinko board.
