On unpacking the item, I was very pleased with my purchase and it looks good. However the silver coloured fixing plate that you screw to the wall (shown separately in the attached photo, taken off seller’s video)) came in the black ring (Cover) that is supposed to slip over the plate that fixes to the wall. I have tried to separate the two, but so far to no avail. I have tried many ways to separate the two, but no success so far . Does anyone have any ideas how I might do this as at the moment the item is useless as it cannot be fixed to the wall. AMENDMENT: I decided to try putting the silver coloured fitting plate and the cover which I couldn't separate into the fridge overnight and I am pleased to say the silver coloured fixing plate contracted sufficiently enough for me to separate the two items and therefore I could fix the handle to the wall................ having fixed the handle to the wall I am now pleased with the purchase and it looks good in situ. I would buy this item again, but it was frustrating that initially the two items wouldn't separate and maybe a good idea if they were packaged separately within the box.

Easy to fit, it is strong when fitted to the wall. I used different screws and rawl plugs as the ones supplied are not great, but I'm sure they would be okay if you haven't got anything to hand.

I have sent this item back because of its quality the actual wall mounts they felt like they were made of tin and all very flimsy. would not put trust in this item for safety reasons
