Order arrived on time and I was totally satisfied with the product

I ordered this to make pillow fringe out of some really nice yarns that a friend gave me. Since the yarns were free I figured the price of the fringe maker still make the fringes cheap.

This was not a good buy, it kept falling apart. I used card board to get the fringes done.
