I have been taking this supplement for many months now. I ran out before my subscription arrived, and i noticed the difference immediately I stopped taking it.I researched the benefits of taking beef organ supplements before buying it. This product contain nutrients thst strengthen my immunological system and prevented me from getting allergies. Also, it helps me fall asleep quicker and stay asleep.I normally take it in the morning with or without breakfast since it doesn’t affect my stomach. This is a product that I will continue to use.

Been taking these for 1 week consistently now and have noticed a bump in my energy which is good for my continued weightloss and strength training. I am carnivore, but can't eat organs visually/mentally so I wanted to try these and I am impressed so far. I have not had any adverse side effects.

I’ve been getting these for a couple years now. Consistently good quality.I originally got them for use during pregnancy. Now I use them for myself and my two toddlers.One toddler was anemic (11 hemoglobin) and I started giving her these (1 near each meal time) and she went up to 12 within a month. Her pica also went away.I’m a big fan of Weston Price's research, and these pills allow me to consistently get organs in my diet without having to go to several stores and spend hours prepping in the kitchen. They keep my POTS and migraines in remission.These are the most affordable I found on Amazon, which is why I originally got them. I have recommended them to at least a dozen people so far.

Took for a month and I noticed increased energy as well as going to the restroom more. Overall, I’d recommend these. They did make me nauseous on occasion though.

So far so good and was surprised that it has very little smell and taste. Time will tell I guess for any benefits that I may get from this beef organ supplement but better than the taste of eating the actual beef organs. Maybe it was just me but this is the first month that my cycle was not so heavy that I couldn’t go out and about and seemed to be lesser pain and cramping than before, but it also may just be a fluke, hoping the coming months will show the benefits.

I have taken these for a long time and I love the energy they give me and I know I’m getting lots of B vitamins and other goodies daily, even if I don’t eat my very best that day. They do have a yucky taste if you hold them too long but just take them quickly.

I hit 32, I had 5 kids at this point, and my body broke down. I went to doctor after doctor. Now I’m 38 and Figured out I have PMDD, 300% higher cortisol than normal, gallbladder removal was needed, and hormones messed up bad. ZERO sex drive, heavy periods with clots, so irritable, wanted to divorce my husband frequently.I tried a lot of things that haven’t helped. I’m exhausted, barely function after work, and I would cry at the end of the day. I was just so exhausted and surviving.Chat GBT suggested this product after my iron isn’t effective enough. I was skeptical because I’m tired of products and tired of years of searching. I bought it with the intention of returning it if it didn’t work. Y’all…This product has changed my life. It doesn’t taste like anything, easy to swallow, and my dog went crazy when I took it out of the Amazon package. Before I even took off the protective plastic, my dog was smelling the bottle and trying to get inside, which is a terrific sign. I only take one at night. I work full time and I used to cry at the end of the day. I’m just so tired and can’t make one more decision, let alone do baths, homework, laundry, etc.Now I’m tired, but I can push through. My pep talks work and I still have energy to walk around and clean up a little at the end of the day. Before I’d lay down and wouldn’t get up. My teenager was having to make dinners and do too much or I’d order out.I feel like I have more mental clarity. I’m less depressed, I’m thinking about even working out again, and I’m functioning—-not surviving. I usually have clots with my period about a quarter size. I only had tiny ones about a pea size now! My cycle was 3 days and about average.I’m getting a sex drive back. While it’s small—-it’s there. I thought that part of me had died!!This product is a life saver. It has helped me so much!! I can’t say enough!! I wish I knew about it YEARS ago!!!

I hate how well these work and not being able to take them. Purchased to help regulate my cycle and they worked great, but as soon as I started taking them, they started irritating my gums. Not sure if it was the capsule or what was inside, but I was taking these for almost a year and all that time my gums hurt so bad it felt like my teeth were going to fall out. On a whim I decided to lay off them because they were the only new thing I added to my diet around the time the pain started, low and behold, the pain went away in a week. I was going to try to take one once a week to see if I could still get the benefits while not taking as much (thought maybe the dose was too much for me) but I took one and the pain was back immediately. Love the product and wish I could keep taking it, but I'm not going through that mouth pain again
