Potato Masher, Strong Stainless Kitchen Utensil, Durable and Easy to Clean, Almond Cream

I have just replaced my old plastic masher with a Kitchen Aid Potato Masher - Brilliant - perfect mash every time!

I am a chef so I'm always creaming mash potatoes but some of the time I like to do it by hand, instead of the mixer,especially late night dinner parties and family get togethers. It has been a life saver and great tool to have in the kitchen. Very sturdy, gets job done in seconds I was quite impressed on how quickly I had mash. I think it will do well for purees, soft veg or fruit will be crushed with ease.

My in-laws had an old crusty masher. So I got this one for them. I have a similar one and I think the S design is much better for mashing. It takes little effort. And my mother-in-law has arthritis and this makes it easier for her if she has to mash veggies. Also, this is a great brand! It's sturdy and well made. It might be a little more expensive than other ones but I know this will last years. You can't beat the quality of Kitchen Aid.

Works well

Due to arthritis my hands are not as strong as they used to be. Due to this my mashing skills have diminished and having worked my way through lots of different styles of mashers I had almost given up. I spotted this one by accident and thought that I may as well try one last style before giving up altogether. Well! What a pleasant surprise! I was able to mash my spuds with little effort and they were smooth with no lumps at all. For anyone struggling with their mash, look no further, this masher is the best there is!
