Well written story about a family getting involved in the world of deep wreck diving.
From the various diving / deep wreck books that I have read, I found this one the best written book. A personal story about father and son, and diving adventure, but never one sided, since the story is entertaining with personal experience from the writer, not overdone, and a lot of tech dive history comes along, with interesting facts from the development of the deep wreck diving community, and other stuff that was interesting to me as an instructor, but also will be good to read for regular divers or anyone interested in this topic. Read it 17 years ago, and again last year, never boring.

Superb book
A book which told the story of the Rouse family with all the good and bad bits. It opened up my eyes to the world of deep water scuba diving as it was in the early 90’s and just after, the lengths and danger some people will go to in a bid to fur fill the dreams, which in many cause they sadly paid for with their lives. This is a really good book which, once I started to read found it very difficult to put down

Home Run.
Avid dive book reader and diver for over 50 years, this is THE book of it's genre that did it for me. I've never been more captivated by the story Bernie tells of the father-son team and the author's own mishaps. The best dive adventure book.
