These two ice packs are incredible. They freeze quickly. They cover a large area and they are very durable and well-made. One side of the freezer pack has a fabric layer in case you don’t want to get frostbite on your bare skin, the other side is a gel.While they can be used hot, if you put one in the microwave, I have only used them for cold.

I can push this down when right out of the freezer and it molds to the shape of my knee unlike some other products. I was given other recommendations from a knee replacements support group. This one was much more affordable.

It gets cold fast the one side is so soft.

Bought two of these to use for my wife's knee replacement surgery rehab.Worked well to rotate these in our refrigerator freezer.They are large enough to completely cover the knee and surrounding area.They hold the cold for a long time.Very nice item, highly recommended.

Currently recovering from major abdominal surgery (radical nephrectomy).Forms easy to abdominal, side and or back areas.((Could be easily used on hip, shoulder, knee, ankle as well))Provides pain relief. Easy to put on with soft side down, hence not needing towel or additional layers. I don't worry about it being too cold or causing skin irritation/ freeze.Doesn't sweat or have condensation (at least haven't noticed) we use a lot of ice packs in our house hold, and this is the first GoTo pack for all our needs.Highly recommend.

This is a really nice and large sized cold pack to put in the freezer and use at the end of your weekend warrior day. Also for myself, anytime in our miserable summers I become overheated - this cold pack with a fabric-like exterior laid over my upper back for a little while with my feet up provides rejuvenating bliss.
