Can this be used to wring out clothes? I have to hand wash & air dry, I need something to get the excess water out of cloths. Hurts hands 2 squeeze it

It worked well ringing out the mop that would be different with clothes but I'm sure it would be doing the same thing works well

Will it wring out a grout sponge?
