Came for the Tarkov, stayed for the good product
TLDR: I bought this for the Escape from Tarkov meme, but I now love it for it's intended purposes. What it is: - Great for keeping sinuses clear during allergy season or colds. (Applied under the nostrils. This is where the current Tarkov animation shows application I think. Not your lips.) - Minor aches and pains. (Can be used kinda like VapoRub or IcyHot. Probably not as strong as IcyHot, but more pleasant.) - Bug bites. (Great cooling, numbing effect.) - Will blow the mind of anyone you know that grew up in the USSR. My coworker had a nostalgia trip when I showed it to him. Sure enough, he said it was a meme even in the 80's and 90's. Was/is seen as cure-all that was impossible to open. - Smells great. What it's not: - For your lips. (Unless you put VapoRub on your lips. Tarkov animation is probably putting it under the nose.) - Easy to open. (Some tins are easier than others. Most get easier to open with time. I find the trick is to use both thumbnails to run along the seam of the tin, slowly leveraging it open from different angles.) - Cure for your broken legs. - Vision blurring. (Inhaling it might give a small rush lol, and is great for clearing the sinuses as previously mentioned.) Give it a try.

Came for the meme, stayed for the product
Like a lot of people, bought for the Tarkov joke and legitimately enjoy the balm. I'm really sensitive to smells so Icy Hot and similar topical ointments make me nauseous. This doesn't have that nasty, strong menthol smell. Nice, clean, not-overpowering balsamy smell that clears sinuses and whatever else you might use it for. Packaging is also really tiny and convenient so it's easy to throw into a random pocket without taking up a bunch of space (it's not even a 1x1, really). Good stuff. Worth a try.

Excellent painkiller. Pop one of these, and you'll instantly forget about your blown out arm or leg.

You definitely need to try it!
I know this balm already more than 40 years, from my early childhood. When I couldn't sleep, my mom would apply this fragrant balm to my chest and temples. When I got sick with a cold, my mother applied a balm on my back, which brought relief. The fragrance is very soothing, balam can be added to the massage oil, the effect will be amazing.

Less quantity and different color
I used to buy these before. And I was surprised to see that balm was not filled all the way in that container. Probably 15% less! And instead of orange-yellow color, there is yellow-white color. The smell and how it feels is the same at least

Used since childhood
I purchased these because we used them in Ukraine when we were kids. Anytime we get stung by a bug we apply it and it's very quick relief. It's alao very good for achy joins and body aches. It smells like peppermint. It's a small container and a little hard to open, having nails helps.
