Good quality but parts were incomplete in the package
One gasket (black colour) is of bigger size and does not fit the pre-filter chamber. The inlet & outlet valves are bigger & does not match with Kent Grand Plus RO pipe. There was no pre-fitted caps in the inlet & outlet elbow. Ideally you may also think to provide a Key to open the Pre-filter mouth which shall help the user to check by opening the cartridge holder if the filter cartridge turned black

Deceptive descriptions and poor fitting
"Zero water wastage" is only true when the reject water is used. For most of us without an overhead tank near the water filter, the reject water will not be used. That's a lot of water. I estimate three times as much reject water as filtered waterFitting was not well done. There was a mess of pipes and a water leak as shown in photos 2 and 3. The last photo is after I re-fitted the filterThe is noisier than I expected. Apparently that is normal with RO filters and it runs periodically for a few minutes so OKI wrote to [email protected] as below on 1 Oct 2021. No reply received by 19 Oct 2021The KENT 11103 Elegant Plus ordered via Amazon on 20 Sep and fitted on 28 Sep 2021 may be defective. Reasons for suspecting so* It is intrusively noisy with an unsteady noise* The rejected water volume is about the same (maybe more than) the water volume to the tank* The outlet TDS is 65 for an inlet TDS of 98Are the above all normal?

Quality product feel like a premium product
I am very happy with this product although I like it's quality and premium feel I am worried about its filter wich is only sediment filter that's why we connect it with old one which have 10 micron filter inside so that ro could save we have to change 10 micron spun filter every month as we have MIDC water not cidco water wich have high tds ...The instalation personal from kent ask me for 1500 rs for it's installation which I refuse and install it myself,Other companies are giving free pre filter kent can give free pre filter installation atleast...Will give you updates write again after one month
