I dont think it is original, but the quality and fit is the same as original. Fits great.

Q: What are the dimensions of the pad?

12x4.25" It fits on the larger chair. I believe that's "c".

Q: Does this work for the Aeron Remastered or just classic?

This lumbar only for the first generation aeron chair, can't fit the remastered, thank you!

Q: Would this fit even though I have posturefit?

You need remove the posturefit firstly, and then can install this lumbar, only can one style lumbar, posturefit or lumbar support pad.
