I purchased this cable to connect my Wife's mini computer display port to a HDMI port on our TV so she could have a second monitor. The cable arrived quickly and works great.

One cable end is HDMI and the other is DisplayPort. Video quality is great for common tasks, and I am not a gamer, so I don't notice any loss in quality, if there is one.
