chocolate heaven
I received these chocolate baking sticks or batons whatever you want to call them. They are fantastic. If you are making chocolate croissants you will NEED these for perfection. They can be used for other things as well. Since you get 300 and if you are a home cook like me you can chop them up use 5 TBSP in a cup of hot fat free milk or that of your choice and you have a super sweet hot chocolate that is to die for. This chocolate is so rich and sweet, I don't know how many I ate right out of the box before I even cooked with them. They are very nice as a garnish even, very versatile and I cannot say enough about the quality. The price is also great. So check them out you will find so many uses for them once you get them and they are so worth it. They are delivered fast and packed well too. Your holiday baking will really benefit and your gift baskets will be at the next level!!

Fantastic chocolate!! Excellent packaging!!
This product arrived in excellent condition, packaged with cooling & insulative materials to avoid melting during shipping. Very impressed! The chocolate is very good quality and flavor is fabulous!! I've already baked my first batch of pain au Chocolat!! Thank you for providing this excellent product and taking extra care to package it so that it arrived in excellent condition! Highly recommend!!

Perfect for my pain au chocolate
It’s what the pros use, it doesn’t melt at 400 degrees. It sets up when it cools down.

Good, but not my favorite.
This is going to be personal taste. I prefer the Callebaut that are not the Cacao Berry because the Cacao Berry are too sweet for my preference. If seeking a sweeter chocolate for your croissants or pastries these would work. Other than that, they're as to be expected by the brand. They have a nice snap when breaking. They melt wonderfully in the pastries or on the tongue if eating as a snack.I encourage caution when purchasing if the temperature is warm where you live. Though the seller included an ice pack and wrapped the box in the thin insulation, they ice pack was warm water by the time it arrived here and the chocolate was soft. It was still hard enough that it held its shape and wasn't sticking to other pieces, but it immediately marked my hand when picking a piece up to test them. I still used them, and it worked fine. I'm in Texas and I think I ordered these around 2 months ago. I can't currently see the date since I'm writing this. Temperatures were in the 80s when it arrived, if I remember correctly. There's no way it'd survive the 100+ days we're having here now unless shipped differently. So keep the temperature in mind when ordering.Other than that, if seeking something a bit sweeter, you might just enjoy these a lot.

Wrong ingredients listed
The box in the listing pic says, “may contain milk”, which is an industry disclaimer for “product made in a facility that contains dairy”. The seller’s ingredient list does NOT include dairy. Well, the box just came and it has “milk” listed as an actual ingredient. It’s non returnable, I run a vegan/allergy friendly bakery and, thanks to these guys, I just ate $40.

Perfect size snack, amazing taste
I tracked these chocolates down. A local coffee shop added these to the top of each coffee or Chai Tea. These are the perfect combination of dark and milk chocolate. They taste amazing with Big Train spiced chai tea. Each piece of chocolate is small and makes a great little snack. Perfect for a front room glass treat jar or after dinner snack.

Favorite Chocolate.
I used to use these at a Bakery in Somerville, MA for our Chocolate Croissants. I no longer work there and have been craving this chocolate ever since (to bake with and to snack on). Chocolate has a great "snap" to it. I am looking forward to making some chocolate brioche and/or croissants with them.
