Very poor quality
The Paket mention as ingredients: potatoes , NOT yam.Checked with the seller and he confirmed that they use potatoes as a „filler“.The quality of the product does not justify the price. I will not recommendor buy this product again.

Too much potato included
Did not realize the ingredients included potato starch. Would have preferred all yam; too much potato component. Best to consume within the hour after cooking; does not keep well. On the plus side, it does cook evenly without the dreaded lumps.
