Broken bits
The biscuits that are actually broken get packed and sent because obviously they won’t get sold in a physical store. The taste is also not great. Wouldn’t order more for sure. Imagine rusk, being so hard and dry getting broken into bits and sent. Terrible!

Tasty, crispy and light but I felt it was expensive for the quantity delivered.

Broken pieces
Although the quality of the rusk was good, around 75% of the product was found to be broken. Adequate precautions should be taken so that the product reaches to the consumer in proper condition and not broken.
