I didn’t expect to like this nearly as much as I do, but this has become my all-time favorite cutting surface. Easy to clean, great to cut on, and I love that I can pick it up and carry it to the soup pot and it’s flexible enough to bend and shake the cut veggies into the pot. Been using it for months and not seeing any cut marks yet, either.

I’ve never had a softer cutting mat/board before, and I really like it! It feels good when the knife comes into contact with it. Hopefully it lasts well and is better for my knives.

Initially unhappy as it bends but now that I have used it, I LOVE it. Such a nice pop of color for the kitchen too!
