I usually hate to use these type of creams, for they seldom relieve pain, but I have found Biofreeze relieves my backaches. It does heat up on your skin but the heat doesn’t stay long.

Biofreeze really helps the inflammation in my knees. If you keep using it, the pain really subsides.

I’ve tried almost every product of this sort available in the US, to little avail. Salon pas patches are fairly helpful, but the patches have a very strong smell and they tend to roll up a bit. Someone recommended Biofreeze to me and it has been a game-changer for my back and knee pain. I like the roll-on application. There’s a faint smell while it’s drying but that doesn’t seem to linger once it’s dry. It provides powerful and long-lasting relief! The first time I used it on my back I didn’t have to re-apply for two days and I’ve significantly reduced the amounts of Tylenol and ibuprofen I take. Give it a try - and the price is right, too.

Why this was invented sooner, I will never know! We use biofreeze often, and when I ran across thisI couldn't believe I would never have sticky hands again! This product is amazing and works as promised. It's super easy to use, just shake it a couple of time to get the ball rolling lol - literally and figuratively.

Ich kenne ein ähnliches Produkt von einer Freundin, die es aus den USA mitgebracht hat und da war ich von der Wirkung so beeindruckt, dass ich nach so einem Produkt suchte. Nun bin ich hier auf diese günstige 3er Set gestoßen. Ich bin begeistert. Mein Ischias, der mich schon seit Wochen ärgert, ist tatsächlich etwas gelindert und nach 6 Wochen waren die Schmerezn weg. Es kühlt sehr gut, als wenn man eine Eispackung auflegt, aber nicht zu starkt. Und es hält lange an. Nach ein paar Minuten wird das Kalt-Empfinden in ein Bitzeln umgewandelt und es fühlt sich dann warm bis etwas Heiß an. Auch meine Verspannung an den Schultern hat sich dadurch entkrampft. Tolles Produkt, dass ich nie mehr missen möchte. Es passt prefekt in jede Handtasche. Bei Kopfschmerzen konnte ich es noch nicht testen, da ich bisher noch keine hatte. PS: an manchen Stellen, wie der Wade, wo ich einen Krampf hatte, blieb es nur kalt aber bei meinen Schultern oder dem Ischias wird es auch warm bis heiß oder zumindest ein heißes Empfinden, da es ziemlich kribbelt, aber nur solange die "Entzündung" da ist. Das Heiße Empfinden nimmt tatsächlich ab, so wie auch die Schmerzen über die Tage geringer wurden. Nun habe ich es schon zum 2. Mal bestellt und für Freunde gleich mit, weil die auch absolut begeistert sind.

I do a lot of disability sports and Biofreeze is the best painrelief I know, it's great for my fibro flare ups, easing my original injuries and managing sports injuries. I couldn't cope without this product and often recomend it to friends. Don't try a cheaper alternative buy Biofreeze and feel the difference.
