I , like many other post menopausal women suffer greatly from insomnia. I have tried so many different sleep aids, but so many are unhealthy for long term use, and frankly, are not effective, or leave bad side effects. This particular formula actually works!!! I have never felt any grogginess, or any other unpleasant symptoms. I can not express how grateful I am for this product, I finally can sleep!

I have taken these for about 2years. Have the most help when take separately by 30-45 min of other supplements (fish oil, turmeric pain, & Tylenol ES. It helps me get to sleep easily but not stay asleep. The longest sleep is about 6 hours, which is an improvement over the 3 hours after 10+ years of night work lack of sleep. Time I have best sleep & management next day is about 10pm for lights out.Only usually take supplements for sleep have tried Benadryl, melatonin... no help even with above recommended dose & time of self prescribing as most say short term use only. This is the best I have found otc supplements for me. Just ordering 2 more bottles.

I have been using this product for about 5 days now and it seems to help improve my sleep. Even though I wake up a few times a night, I am still able to fall back to sleep.

It was okay. I take other stuff along with it so I’m not sure how effective it is on its own.
