I ordered these to replace an older Mr. Coffee mug that the handle had broken on. The handle and size were the most important factors in trying these.1. I am a large man with big hands.2. Unlike my wife I prefer to keep my hands at a semi reasonable temperature.3. As a large man I don't do dainty sips thus I needed a slightly large mug to avoid any unnecessary exercise caused by extra trips to get refills.This mug has checked all the necessary boxes.1. I can get all sausage sized fingers around the handle comfortably instead of the normal two to three fingers. No dreaded pinky sticking out causing me to look like a large snobby man.2. After filling with water and placing in microwave for one minute and 30 seconds then placing my hand around the handle there was no feeling of wrapping my hand around a lava tube. The handle felt completely cool to the touch. Which caused my daughter great distress as she yelled at me asking what I was doing as I casually dipped a fingertip in the hot water to make sure the microwave was working. spoiler it was my finger tip felt like I dipped into lava.... my daughter might have been onto something oh well the handle stays cool.3. I can now scalde my throat thouroughly instead of my fingers due to the ample size of this mug.4. As a bonus the outside of mug is a matte blue and a solid color instead of some weird random color combination.Overall this mug is great so far I'd mention durability but it's only been a few days since purchase and no one has managed to drop or abuse this mug yet. I have high hopes though as they seem very sturdy.Update 05/04/2023:First may the fourth be with you!Now on to the actual update. After several months and numerous incidents of these mugs being dropped or knocked off the counter by the wife and kids I can confirm they are tough. Tough as in no chips, no cracks, and no broken handles. Overall these mugs are great.UPDATE: 2/11/2025Mugs are still going strong despite wife and kids best effort to break them truly impressed

Lightweight, beautiful simplistic design, high quality and so comfortable to hold… your whole had fits in handle which I love. We just love these! You cannot go wrong with these mugs… I’m very picky about my coffee mug - these are PERFECT in that: the capacity or size is just right for a big brew on a Keurig, they are lightweight, the handle is a big factor for me, I must be able to fit my hand (not big big hands, average) inside the handle, or at least four fingers when grasping – call me crazy but I have my requisites and these check off everything. They look modern and sleek, you won’t be. Sorry you got them!

Received my order of 6 Matte Grey mugs. They are really nice, they are large, beautifully made and the color is perfect One of the mugs had a slight imperfection. I contacted the seller on a Sunday to express my concern. I immediately received a response (from Jessica) with an apology and an offer of resolution. 2 days later (Tuesday) I received my replacement. I highly recommend this product due to the quality and the exceptional customer service.

This is a beautiful set of coffee, mugs, elegant, easy to clean and dry in the dishwasher or by hand, very comfortable to hold with your morning coffee or tea. One of my cups came with a broken handle and the wonderful customer service department sent me a full extra set at no charge. These are a beautiful mug for any kitchen.

These mugs are exactly what I was looking for! I like the feel and weight of them and the size and feel of the handle. The color is beautiful. The set I received does not have any puckers in the finish or glue on the rim as others have reported. All are in pristine condition and were well-packaged. Great product!

I love the volume of coffee/tea these mugs hold— very ample size. They look really nice and they are sturdy. I dropped one and it didn’t even chip. However, if you wash them by hand, they take some “elbow grease” to get shiny clean. They don’t stain, but somehow, with coffee in particular, they need scrubbing to get the inside clean.

We love these mugs. We like the shape, the volume and the handle is comfortable to hold. They are sturdy and the color matches our dishes even though they are not the same brand.

Looks good! The mugs hang nicely on a tree and have great handles for holding them!
