These envelopes do everything Quickbooks envelopes do at 1/2 the price. Good option, and you can adjust your invoice format to exactly fit the windows.

I got these for my bookkeeper and they work well. These are not thick envelopes, but certainly do the job. Also, they are not self-sticky - you have to seal them the old-fashioned way by wetting the dry adhesive on the flap to seal, but seals well. The windows work well with our business checks that are printed by our printer. The standard-size business checks fit perfectly in the number 9 size. It's exactly what we need and the price was reasonable.

Good cheap double window envelopes at great price. Best price by far I could find online or in stores. Works great for QuickBooks forms (checks, invoices, etc). If you make sure you get the dimensions and windows right you really can't go wrong with getting the cheapest one possible and this is definitely the best deal even when you use coupons from other stores. Will reorder after I burn through these 500 which will take a few years... Highly recommended...

Fits Quickbooks invoices perfectly. Ignore the comments that these envelopes don't work for QuickBooks. Anyone that has used QB knows that the checks require smaller envelopes than the invoices do. If you are looking for envelopes for QB checks these won't work for you, These are a perfect fit for QB invoices and cost less than most staples or other office supply provider.

Not a heavy envelope but it will get the project done

The Amazon Basics AMZ92W #9 Double Window Envelopes, White, 500 ct are perfect for the business. I utilize the QB program & these work perfect for the format we use for friendly reminder owe funds. We had 15000 letters to send home using the most economical and efficient manner possible. These envelopes gave us the tools to do so. Our folded letters were hand stuffed easily thanks to the design of these envelopes. In addition, we wanted to keep track of which sub-set each letter belonged to so we added a code into the return address. If the letter returned for any reason, we could read the sub-set right through that window.
