This is officially known in our house as "mama’s chemo juice." I drink one before, during, and after treatment, and it helps me bounce back faster every single time. The watermelon flavor is the fan favorite over here. Even my husband sneaks one out of the fridge when he thinks I’m not looking, and my boys ask if they can have “just a sip” like it’s some kind of magical sports potion. It hydrates better than anything else I’ve tried and doesn’t taste fake or too salty. It’s light, clean, and way more effective than sports drinks. They come quick, packaged very nicely, cases are always fully in tact! this is the ABSOLUTE best electrolyte drink, it’s a lifesaver when it comes to drinking, I drink before I go to bed or next morning and I have no hangover. Berry is the best tasting too me!! you can definitely taste it’s salty I just put it in fridge and chug it, literally best drink for rehydration cramps fatigue and so much more

Expensive but worth it. Yes, it tastes a little salty, but it’s good when I feel dehydrated.

Amazing stuff....buuuut....I drank all of it in a few days cause I ended up really liking the flavor. Unfortunately that decision, though helpful for hydration, didn't help my swelling lol. It's a great value if you're drinking 1-2 per day.

While I love the flavors, I couldn't give this a 5* because they use Cyanocobalamin instead of mythlcobalamin. 40% of the population have a mutation that inhibits them from methylating B12. If you have this mutation (MTHFR) you need methylcobalamin. Cyanocobalamin inhibits the methylation & absorption of the other. Cyanocobalamin is cheaper & that is why it is found in most energy/vitamin drinks. I think this is a great drink, but having this mutation, I already struggle with low B12 and don't need the ingredients in this to inhibit my absorption of my supplement.

It is very salty but it was a lifesaver for me while going through chemotherapy.

This is the best way to try the flavors without spending an arm and a leg in the stores trying to find all the flavors. Worked great for headaches, menstrual cramps, long nights out with friends, lol and long days on the lake in the sun or the beach.
