This was perfect for our ball python terrarium. We had struggled getting the right humidity level and with this substate, we were able to finally get the right amount of moisture. It is easy to clean and my Atticus is a fan.

I bought these to use as plant mulch and they have exceeded my expectations! They come in perfect size and one they have some moisture added to them they expand and I end up using less of it so it stretches and lasts longer. Used it on two full cycles of medical cannabis indoors and worked wonderfully as well as used it on Comfrey, tomatoes, peppers, and different house plants and it helps to keep the top layer of soil moist and in cannabis plants it helps cover the topsoil from UV bulbs and helps keep my cover crop growing and not drying too fast like it did before using mulch because the top layer always dries up first and fast but now it dries pretty evenly and my cover crop loves it. It has neutral pH so it would work great with peat moss based soil as well as coco coir soil. The seller was nice to answer all of my questions regarding its pH and whether or not it could be used as mulch. Will be definitely coming back for more and they got themselves a lifetime buyer.Highly recommend!

This is great quality coco bedding. It's very clean, fresh, not dusty and you can add water moisture with no mold issues. It smells so nice and fresh when water is added. My adult corn snake likes this substrate and shredded paper bedding. The next size up baby chip substrate seemed a little too sharp and pokey but the microchip is perfect.

Purchased to use in my daughters corn snake tank, happy with the amount that came and the quality. Easy to handle & clean. Just pour some water over it to add humidity in the tank.

I really like this bedding for my baby ball pythons, a little messy with the smaller pieces. I prefer this for the babies as the regular coco husk has a lot of large chunks which seem to be harder for the babies to get comfortable on (or under, lol). When they get larger I switch the the larger size coco husk as the Microchip seems to dry out a lot quicker (I just make sure to swap out the bedding more often to keep the humidity up).

I love this product; the only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars is the price. It’s very clean and uniforms. Graded coconut substrate is a brilliant idea and my animals are thriving.

This is the only brand I've used since I rescued my snake. She seems fine with it. I used to order the larger chips but the more shredded down version holds moisture better. Have never seen mold since using this, nor has my snakey tried to eat it.

Really like this product. Got it for my snake. Snake loves it because it is softer than the bark bedding I had for her. We have a 40 gallon tank and still had some left over.
