I ordered a 3x which should have been more than adequate but honestly they were probably 2 sizes too small. They are thin, almost like wearing gauze. Probably good for some uses like artist clothing cover but definitely not intended for heavy duty applications. Good for a hot day.

These are great disposable lab jackets but run really small. I bought the largest size and I am a 2x and could not close over my chest.

These are probably nice coats but they are useless to me. The 3x was more like a large or 1x. It did not come close to closing in the front. Since one size fits all does not fit me, these coats were supposed to be the answer. They were NOT!!! I am still searching.
