The pump was broken and I wasn't able to inflate the product. Extremely low quality product. Very disappointing to go through the hassle f ordering, waiting for delivery, unpacking everything, trying to inflate the board only to find the pump is broken, having to repack everything, waiting for them to collect it, they didn't turn up the day they were supposed so collect it. No idea what's happening. Extremely disappointing. I thought I was maybe making a mistake buying the cheapest option and I regret it now. I will not make same mistake again. Buy quality. You get what you pay for.

-Nice birthday present. -The manual hand pump gauge takes 7–10 min to register the pressure. Thought it is broken but it takes time. Glad I contacted the seller. The seller is very responsive. -The electric pump is a huge relief. So happy it is included in the package. -There is no need for manual hand-pump. The board is very sturdy when fully inflated. -Does not wobble even with a pet or kid on board.

Received as described with all the accessories-paddle,handpump,electric pump,leash bag,repair kit. Easy to maneuver and balance, fits 2 adults, 32"width makes it easy to stand on comfortably. Not too wide, not too narrow. Very stable. The electric pump save my energy. It automatically stops when it reaches the set PSI after 10 minutes. Just had to swap the thick O ring with the thin one. Easy to clean and fits a small car. I love the happy bright color.
