If you're happy with your Zebra ZSB series label printer, then it goes without saying that you're going to be happy with these labels. They're not the cheapest ones on the market, but they always feed perfectly, the print quality is superb, and they survive the mails better than most.

The new cartridges do not work correctly. Every time I print out a label, it always prints an empty label in the beginning. If you print a lot of single labels, there will a lot of wastage. It used to work perfectly fine before but the last 4 cartridges I got have the same issue and this has also been acknowledged by Zebra support.

Was missing the chip on the bottom of the cartridge so the printer would not recognize it. I wasn't aware of this when I finally needed to replace the label maker and it is way too late to return. Double-check that your cartridge has the chip on the bottom as soon as you receive it. UPDATE 09.18.2024 They did contact me to fix the issue which I really appreciated. Since then, all my previous orders have been fine. Prints and adheres great. The only downside is that the labels are really really expensive. :(

I love these things, although I wish shipping could be faster

I previously reviewed this printer with only 3 stars as I was having an issue with blank labels feeding with my printed label. Zebra Tech service contacted Me and had me try something in my printer settings and now all is printing correctly without the extras. Thank you Zebra for your help and dedicated Customer service!
