Yup, they work as well as the booties that came with my 3G Premium Thick Slide Board. I wear women's 5-1/2 shoe, and the Small fits fine. Appear to be as rugged as the ones I got with my board too. Not much more you can ask for in a slide board bootie. Shipping was quick as well!
