Hand crafted Wine Barrel Stave Bench. This rugged bench was once part of a barrel that held various wines. This sturdy rustic bench is made from a genuine white oak Wine Barrel. The white oak staves are quarter sawn in the Arts and Crafts style. This bench was made by Kentucky craftsman Dan Moffett. Dan has been making rustic furniture since 1982. The vintage staves are lightly sanded, the seat top is coated with polyurethane. Each one is unique. Some wine barrels have been in the warehouse longer than others, and held different wines. The one you receive may not look exactly like the one pictured. The bench is 37 inches wide x 18 inches tall x 16 inches deep. Stave bench weighs about 34 pounds.
