Q: What is the height from the floor to the top of the bottom shelf. I'm trying to see if it will go under my recliner?

For bottom shelf, you probably want 4 inches with the wheels. 2in for the wheels and 1.5 for the metal. So, you'll want some extra clearance. It slides nicely under my bed, but it would never make it under my recliner on my sectional.

Q: This looks like it is only a right side roll under and tilt - can it be assembled for left side roll under and tilt? or is there a left sided one?

Right side tilt function only. It can function on the left side, but only as a flat top. Hopefully Amazon publishes my review soon. As for the first answer to your question - that was from me as well, but it was meant to be a question to the seller which was sent from the order screen. Don't know how it ended up here as an answer to your question.

Q: I have the table on a thin rug and the wheels lock with any movement. Are there replacement casters to fix it? Or way to remove the lock completely?

Don't know but if u find out I would appreciate knowing! I have the same problem!

Q: What is the top measurements? Im looking so i can do my diamond painting on it and my picture is big.

It's not extremely big..I use it for diamond painting..I have done some larger ones and it was good..plus I used a noodle...I think it's like 18 inches by 36 inches
