Firman1003 Wheel Kit

Purchased these for our new generator, very easy to install and perfect fit. Makes moving generator much, much easier.

Not sold as a universal kit, but worked great on my older Coleman generator. I attached rear axles/wheels by simply drilling 5/16 holes thru frame. I had to shim down the front legs, to keep unit fairly level. I also used spacers between handle-bracket and top frame tube. Fairly simple adaptation for persons with basic mechanical skills. Price was more than the Harbor Freight kit, but this was a more straightforward install for the handle.

Bolted right up to my Craftsman 3650 generator. Happy with purchase, good quality.

It was cheaper to buy the generator I wanted w/out wheels and add this wheel kit. The kit was easy to install and it works great. Unless you like lifting heavy bulky objects.. get the wheel kit (if it fits your generator).

So glad to have this. Makes the generator movable with effort. Tires are great for numerous types of landscaping services, ie, dirt, sand, etc.The coating does keep the handle from getting too hot to touch when out in the heat.Do wish that there were separate attachments to hold cords, clamps, the tools that came with it and the generator. In addition would be a major upgrade as well if it provided a place to secure the gas and oil while being stored with a cover.Last a major upgrade would be to have the space to secure a battery for solar power.

Really liked this I went to the firman website to get the wheels for my new generator and they wanted like $115 for the exact same thing… I ordered this and it came within 4 days and fit perfect and easy to put on

Beats carrying the generater / Wheels work great

This kit fit my generator perfectly. I had some large rubber wheel chocks that I used to prop up my generator for the installation. If I didn't have those, it would be a two person job to install the wheels.
