It would be good to have an update to the app that adds some manual exposure settings, as well as the ability to switch the IR LEDs off at night. Sometimes it automatically switches to night vision when there's still enough light from street lights to see clearly without it. This becomes a problem when you want to have it look out of a window and the LEDs reflect back off the glass, blinding the camera view. But otherwise it's a good camera.

I purchased this CTRONICS security camera roughly two years ago and until recently it worked without any issues. It then suddenly stopped recording to the SD card and then didn’t recognise the card was fitted. I tried various things but to avail. I then contacted CTRONICS technical help and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent support given to rectify the fault. The fault was sorted with a firmware update.

For a first timer setting up was OK, the printed instructions aren't great but you can get it gist from them,bought a 64gb card for it but rewrites every 3-4 days on hd so gonna add an nvr with hdd

I got this camara to watch my new garden building. i already had one that watches over the drive and it worked great, the software works great on the PC and on my smartphone. the images can be seen anywhere in the world with internet access, great feature.The alarms were easy to set up and i have images automatically uploaded to my cloud storage via FTPanother great feature .Image quality is also good in both day light and night vision.I'm not debating whether to get one to watch the front door or a ring door bell. Still not decided.Jon

I have wanted a security camera for a while to add that extra bit of security and peace of mind to our home. We went with the Citronics security camera and we have been really impressed.Its very quick and easy to set up, you just download the app and follow the instruction’s on the screen. Very simple. I usually leave that sort of thing to my husband to set up but I did this one very quickly. And I like to be able to control it all from my phone.A great feature for all those amazon deliveries when you are out is that it sends notifications to your phone when someone comes to your door. So you can then talk to the postman or delivery driver in real time which I love!!!It also has other cool features such as auto tracking, human detection and full colour night vision. The camera offers a really clear picture to your phone and you can move the camera from your phone if you want to look in a certain direction you just move your finger across the screen. Great feature.I would really recommend these cameras, great product at a great price.

I installed this camera to monitor my balcony and the grounds of my apartment complex while I went on holiday. This camera is extremely versatile and controllable and produced excellent images on my phone and iPad when I was 2,000 miles away - it was very reassuring. It took a few attempts initially to pair the WiFi and I would have preferred if the interface was more universal with other video control software but the technical results were very good and the build quality first class. I had some problems when, after 1 year, I moved the camera to a different location but the support from CTronics was excellent and extremely prompt. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have been feeling a little anxious recently as we have heard of a lot of break-ins happening around the area we live in. I have been wanting to invest in a good security camera as we have been having a side room made for a while now - so I am glad I used this one! it was easy to put together and the quality is fantastic. The fact that there is an alarm function included has really made me relax and feel much safer. There are so many great features in this one handy little equipment and it also has such a great sleek looking design. I would definitely recommend all looking for a fantastic security camera to invest in this one! A brilliant buy.

I ordered this for extra security for my studio that’s located at my house. I am able to check when my customers are arriving and the image for night vision is so clear which is handy for keeping an eye on are car. It’s so quite and easy to use and setting it up is easy too. I will defo be looking to purchase more in the future. The black design is so stylish and sleek, it doesn’t stand out like a sore thumb as we have black finishing on our garage we’re we have it. Would highly recommend to anyone
