So far, so good.
After hitting your head a couple of times, programming becomes easy. Only installed today 5/3/20, will see what happens in the morning when the first dosing is due. If you don't hear from me again, things went according to plan. The unit itself looks like it has quality built into it. Only darn thing is these bright "power on" LED's that manufacturers keep putting on equipment. One more light to brighten up the night.I'M BACK!!!!!!Happy to report that all is running well. Am dosing CAL and CAR pumps 1 & 2, and using 3 as a ATO. Awaiting the arrival of a container of Kalkwasser which will be added to the ATO water. Will keep the Hydor ATO system as a back up, which I don't use anyway. Have been doing it manually. Too much water evaporates from the tank before the Hydor kicks in. Two days go by.With the Jaebo can add any amount of water at any time of day. Have it programmed to inject 30 ml at the top of each hour. One more UPDATE - Nothing critical, but the clock gains time, about 13 seconds over 24 hours. Accustomed to clocks losing time, not gaining.Chow!UPDATE - 7 MONTHS SINCE PURCHASED . The clock has stopped working, it's stuck on whatever time you set it, so the dosing schedule can't happen. This problem started about 3 weeks ago. At least then when it was set to the right time and the unit unplugged and plugged back in, it worked, at least for a day. Now, it ain't moving, period. Guess it's back to doing it the old fashion way, by hand.I sent an email to the manufacturer in China asking for guidance. NO RESPONCE.

2 pumps failed less than a year
I received this dosing pump in February of 2024. Out of the box, it came with a spare pump head, so I was excited. My excitement waned quickly as initial setup proved on of the installed pump heads was already bad. So, I installed the spare and I had 3 working pump heads. Fast forward to December 2024, when I moved the dosing pump to my new aquarium. I thought I would check calibration on the primary head I had been using for the past 10 months and found that it was no longer pumping. So this 3 head pump, which came with a spare head, is now down to 2 functional heads and I cannot find a replacement head. A failed head out of the box is a serious quality control problem, which the manufacturer must be aware of if they're providing spare heads. Plus a failed pump in less than 10 months is another indicator of a quality problem. When it's working, it works well. But not knowing when heads are going to fail and not having plenty of spares on hand makes this a bad buy.

Works great
The programming and calibration of the pump is easier than I thought it was gonna be. It hold time very well and doses accurately. No sound when it pumps. It keeps time and programming even after a power outage or if you unplug it. Very good for the price.

Great product
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I'm going to give a update in a few months but so far it is working great wasn't to hard to program like most people say

Don’t hesitate it is a great idea
Easy to set up and use. Instructions not too bad to understand. Just follow others recommendations about calibration. Also use “0” for everyday. Mine came with a replacement pump head as an extra. No tubing provided. Calibrate to 50ml instead which is about 110-120 revolutions on device (makes more sense when you actually have product in hand) and you will be close to accurate always check actual output once you setup. I am dosing small 1-10ml amounts and this worked for me. Great so far. Finding that the small dose everyday is doing much better than manual dosing weekly. Plus easier when I have to travel to explain to anyone checking on our pets. Don’t hesitate either get this one or another one but get one more pump head than you think you need as I could use two more now that I know the benefits and ran out of space

Works.
Works for my grow room and automatic waters with liquid fertilizer. Might be tricky for more precise needs down to the ml. However I don’t need that exact. Roughly is good for my needs. Dosing schedule set at 00 is daily dose. Took me a bit to figure it out. Once you get the schedule process it gets easier. I bought the same one in the four head dozer too. Works as needed.

Pump not working and can find no solution on the web.
My review is subject to upgrade - The pump was easy enough to setup and program. Instructions are not very detailed, but well enough to setup. If problems arise they are not detailed enough to overcome issues. There are not frequently asked questions to overcome common problems. Also, items in the programming such as explanations on what the settings are, leave you to infer their meaning. For example, you can setup 1-24 doses per day. You can also set up a dosing interval from 0-30. I've inferred that 0 means it will follow the dosing schedule every day, and 1-30 means - if you select 5, it will do it every 5 days. I'm about to test that theory as it has not successfully dosed a single time. Perhaps 1 is every 1 day and that is the correct selection. Since there is no explanation on the web, I'm left to trouble shoot. I didn't discover this issue until the day after my return window expired. I will update when I learn more. Overall, the device seems to be built well.

Gets the job done after some fine tuning
This auto doser does what you need it to, although it needs some more refined calibration as others have said. Follow the YouTube instructions on calibrating it at first then what I did was after setting it up in my system, I adjusted the dosing as I needed it. Say if I need 30ml, I’d set to 30, it would dose 34. However if you set it to 27, then it would dose the 30 that you need. Kind of a pain to set up at first but I’ve had no issues with it and for the price in comparison to the others, at least it gets the job done.
