This skillet is amazing. I have used it everyday since I received it a month ago. It's holding up very well. I use silicone utensils and have not had any scratches or chips. It cooks like an iron skillet. Without the weight of cast iron. The size is great for cooking small or large amounts of food. Also, clean up is a breeze. All food cooks evenly and it heats up quickly. I haven't tried it in the oven yet but I am sure it will work wonders. The handles do get extremely hot. I ordered a set of silicone handle covers that work great with it. I would highly recommend this skillet.

This roasting pan is awesome! It isn't just for roasting. I have made lasagna, enchiladas, a roast, and our Thanksgiving turkey in this pan, and it worked great for all of them! And with all the uses, and cleaning, there aren't any scratches. It doesn't have any sharp edges to cut yourself on, the glass lid is sturdier than my other pans glass lids. It is everything I was looking for, and seemingly will stand the test of time.

I adore these roasters. I bought them ( I have 5 of them now) to bake sourdough bread and they're perfect. I've also used them for baking small chickens, again, just perfect. They're light weight, compared to a regular Dutch oven. Very good quality, heat up quickly, easy to clean.

This is a good pan, it would be better if the side handles had a protective coating the same way a long handle would. It is easy to clean amd nonstick

Love this skillet. I use it on top of the stove and in the oven. Love the size to make larger servings. Would buy again.

I cooked two Cornish hens and one turkey breast, I had the turkey breast in a cooking bag in both hands on each side of it. Lots of seasonings celery carrot it turned out absolutely delicious. I love this pan. Very sturdy, thick storage and roasting. Awesome

I bought this pan one year ago this month, and it was one of the best purchases I have made for my kitchen. I had never had a pan that could be used on the stovetop and the oven, and that is specifically why I bought this pan. I use it at least 4 nights a week. I cook everything in it! It gets extremely hot but it cooks evenly, and I haven't had any problems with it or the lid. I've used it on the stove top and in the oven (not the lid because the lid is not oven safe) and it has worked beautifully every time. I hand wash it after use and don't use metal utensils, and it still looks new. The only caution I would give is that the handles get extremely hot. The first time I used it I was so upset about the handles being so hot that I didn't use the pan for a month. But I eventually gave it another try and it quickly became my favorite pan! I just keep pot holders next to the handles so I don't forget and burn myself.

Chipped coating after first use. I only have / use rubber-edged utensils. I don't want that coating in my food. Had already discarded.
