Most of these farmers grow Kenyan coffee beans of the SL28 and Batian Arabica variety. These are carefully selected for quality and medium roasted to accentuate the beans natural flavors instead of dark roasting.This coffee from Kenya is certified by Rainforest Alliance as ethically sourced. We work on a bottom up transparent price model where the farmer is guaranteed a specific price per year. We also help the farmers with agronomy and processing knowledge for sustainability.We are also environmentally conscientious and hence, we have packed this coffee in a 100% recyclable tin with a one way valve.All the AA grade whole bean coffee selected for this blend have a cup score of 88% points and above. For best results use the filter brewing method, grind 15g of beans to medium level and use 8.5 fl oz (250ml) of clean water. Filtered water is ideal but avoid mineral water or distilled water.
