Love the canopy - color is perfect for our brand and the fact it came with matching sides and center push up assembly is the whole reason we purchased it. It is easy for 1 person to set up and it is a little heavier but the frame is much sturdier and we’ll worh the little extra weight. Other canopies are shaking and shuddering in the breeze and we’re standing firm! (With weights of course!). We did have to contact the company but the response and remedy to the situation was very fast and we were completely satisfied! Even with the issue we encountered, we would definitely purchase their products again! Great buy!!!!!

The products arrived damaged, one of the tent panels was torn. I contacted the seller/manufacturer, to see if I could get a replacement panel. Jasmine was very accommodating and I received a nice new panel in the mail. I did not have to try and exchange the whole thing! The product worked really well for my event. It was a nighttime event and the white cover reflected our light around so that we were extremely well lit, better than I imagined, with just two led lamps clipped to the canopy rails. I love having the option of using the side panels, my only complaint is that after the top cover goes on, the side panels are difficult to attach. But we attached them before the start of the event and folded them back, so that if we needed to use them we could roll them out quickly. My husband took care of set up and take down, but he made it look easy if that counts for anything.

I love the color and the walls! It did break the first use and a part is attached upside down which messes with the room line but it still goes up and comes down ok.

I needed assistance from customer service and they went above my expectations!! I use the tent for my small business pop up market events and it’s extremely easy for one person to set up and take down. You won’t be disappointed!! Love it!!

We own a business & regularly attend local festivals. These are outside & require a pop-up tent. I have used pop-up tents for years & this was the worst one I have ever purchased.The frame it self is sturdy & set up quickly.However, the canopy was torn in 4 places where the roof Velcro attaches to the top of the frame. Also, it was sold as waterproof. It rained & everything under the tent got wet. Not just leaking through canopy tears, but actually coming through the whole canopy area. Also, the canopy had fabric covers to cover the tent poles/legs. When you fully raise the tent frame, the covers for the legs couldn't stretch far enough & one actually tore. I had to stitch it back myself, but it didn't work. I wound up just pulling them under the canopy top & wrapping them around the frame to get them out of sight. The canopy itself was so thin you probably read a magazine through it. I didn't realize it was possible to get fabric made that was as thin as this.I purchased the sidewalls as the festival we were attending was several days, so I thought, we could put these up & not have everything under the tent exposed. The sidewalls were just a thin/flimsy as the canopy top. We were never able to get them to attach & fully enclose the tent or contents. One was about a couple of inches too short to attach & not leave a gap between the sidewall & tent pole.The tent frame, when fully extended to be as high as it can go, was not tall enough. I am 6" & never had to bend over to look customers in the eye during a sale. It couldn't go any higher.The tent bag was very thin & tore when I put it in the back of the truck heading to the festival. ( I didn't throw it in, but carefully placed it in the bed of the truck). Also, the zipper separated & we couldn't get it to close & zip back up.I could have replaced the canopy & tent bag with left over items I have saved from previously owned tents, but after all the above, I wondered if I would have issues with the frame itself.We have owned tents that have lasted up to 6-7yrs, with a little care & work to fix a broken part here or there. Never have we ever had issues, so many issues as we did with this tent.I called amazon & returned everything.Lesson learned. (The hard way).

This canopy is awesome! Good quality, sturdy, and spacious. Technically you could put it up by yourself, but it would be a pain. The best way to put these up is always with four people, but you could make it happen. I camp at a lot of music festivals, and canopies are a must for late night jamming as well as for providing shade during the day. This one almost feels oversized. I zip tied some string lights in and it was perfect! We were able to leave it up in pretty high winds, but did take it down when the gusts got out of control. I had it staked with after/market tent stakes from Walmart. I chose the hot pink color because I can easily keep track of my campsite from across festival grounds, and I can easily give friends directions because the pink is pretty hard to miss! I was impressed that I could easily fit the whole thing back in the bag (which has wheels, by the way). I haven’t tried the side walls yet, but I’ll update this if I don’t like them. Overall I would absolutely buy this again!
