I love this date syrup! Low sugar content, perfect for healthy sugar substitute. I’ve used it in, Matcha, on yogurt, and I particularly love it on unsweetened oatmeal. It is the perfect amount of sweetness. It has a nice dark, rich color and a thick, but pourable consistency. Date lady is my absolute go to date syrup!

This is our third or fourth re-purchase of Date Lady date syrup. We’ve been using it for years and the product is still high quality and delicious. We mainly put it in coffee and oatmeal. It’s sweet (but not too sweet), dark and thick, just like liquid dates. Love it! The bottle did come with a broken lid this time, but I just replaced it with the one from our previous bottle. It only would have been a problem if it had been our first purchase.
