Nice unit works relatively well for the occasional laminating job. Couldn't beat the price worth having around.

I received the A3 Laminator Model LM 381 as a birthday present but after one use the heating element didn't work the second time. I emailed the company and they were kind enough to send me a new one. The laminator is easy to use and fits perfectly on my desk.

**UPDATE** I emailed customer service, and in a couple of hours, a representative replied, offering a full refund on my purchase or a new replacement at no cost to me. I don't even have to send the bad one back to them. I will certainly purchase this brand in the future. I updated this review from 1 to 5 stars. I purchased this same laminator a couple of years ago and it suited my needs until it would no longer heat up. I figured it held up well for the amount of use it had, so I bought another. The new one worked about the same as the first, but with minimal use it suddenly started jamming. I tried different sizes and thicknesses of lam sheets, but it still randomly jams. It seems to do it less when I let it warm up for a long time, but it will still do it at times after adequate warm up. It could just be a lemon - it is just always a pain when something you rely on doesn't work correctly.

I purchased this larger unit to process multiple sheets at a time. I got it out of the box yesterday and proceeded to laminate older newspaper articles. I got about 10 done, and the laminator swallowed one of my items, and I contacted the company as the instructions said. In the end, they wanted pictures and wanted me to take it apart and retrieve the stuck item. Then I got this from them - " This is a paper jam. If you need to laminate a large number of documents, we recommend using the laminator for half an hour, then waiting about ten minutes to allow it to cool down. Otherwise, the temperature will continue to rise, damaging the laminating film and causing it to get caught in the machine."

I didn’t know adulthood would peak at laminating worksheets, but here we are. Homeschool mom life means every paper is “IMPORTANT” and now they’re all shiny, reusable, and safe from juice, crumbs, and chaos. The paper cutter on top is elite, the rounded edge cutter are superior. Literally one of the best things I’ve spent my adult money on

It is a very good quality machine. Excellent value for money.Functionality is quite, smooth, and effective. Built quality is strong. Laminating speed is fast. Easy to use. Although costly product but A3 and A4 lamination is bubble free, straight and for 125 micronl laminating pouch paper inside looks bright and neat. It works on 110V, has a rounder clipper in it. I chose this laminator over a cheaper 13" option specifically because the listing claimed that it could handle up to 16". Turns out, that was just a complete lie; the laminator only handles up to 13". Not a trustworthy listing.
