AT&TU-Verse S30 Universal Remote Control Blue Back Light CY-RC1057-AT

These S30 remotes are a major upgrade from the remotes Uverse gave me originally. I have to press on buttons full force on my original remote just to change the channel or adjust the volume. These S30 remotes are an 100% upgrade and all the buttons respond immediately with only the slightest touch on the buttons.Didn't even need to setup or program these new remotes. Took them out of the packaging and pressed the power button; and my television turned off that instance. Did the same thing to my bedroom television and worked instantly without programming.If these remotes ever go out, I'm coming right back here to order the same remotes again without question. Hopefully the lettering on the remote won't come off as quickly as Uverse original remotes.

This remote is the exact same one that came with our DVR system. When I contacted AT&T they wanted to charge $20+ to send one out but thankfully I took a look at Amazon and was able to see so many reviews that gave me the confidence to buy it here for a fraction of the cost. Setup was EXTREMELY easy - the instructions are printed directly on the back of the remote. The remote even came with generic batteries!

Everyone with Uverse knows that eventually the remote will stop working in some manner. Probably, that is true with any cable company. Then you need to get a new remote. This one is a good choice. It is brand new, it comes with batteries, and it is cheap. And it got here pretty quick. I'm happy that now my skip-back function is available again. In two or three years, I'll be buying another new one. Took seconds to program, and I'm back to normal - working remote.There is nothing exciting going on here, hence the 4 stars, but it fits the bill.

This unit is a near exact replacement for the control that I previously ordered from AT&T, at a much better price. The main difference is that there is a single power button and it powers every device that it's paired with. The original AT&T has a set of selector buttons that allowed control of single devices. I didn't really use the selectors so don't miss them. Setup was simple. It worked out of the box.

This remote is the exact same model as the one that comes with the U-verse TV/DVR unit. I first looked on the AT&T website and they cost $20 to order there. So this is a great deal. The remote comes in packaging with setup instructions and a manual, but requires no setup to connect to the U-Verse TV/DVR unit. The only thing you need to do is program it to operate the power and volume controls for your TV, and that is super easy. The instructions on how to do that are printed on the back of the remote. That process takes less than 10 seconds.My dog ate 3 of our U-verse remotes, so I ordered 1 of these to make sure it worked correctly. I am very pleased and have since ordered 2 more.

I ordered this item to replace a ATT U-Verse model that had stopped working. I received the remote promptly. It was so very, very easy to program to my Sony TV. It doesn't look identical to my old remote, but the functions are the same. Took less than 2 minutes to program while following the enclosed instructions. Reasonably priced and it definitely work!!

Arrived in perfect shape with easy instructions. I sighed and allowed about 10 minutes of my patience to set it up. I had about 9 minutes and 45 seconds left over! Easy peasy. Now that we've been using it awhile, I appreciate the backlighting even more; an improvement over the one that ran away. Thanks for a great product at a very impressive price (so impressive that I was initially suspicious). Well done.

It seems all my reviews start out with “My Lab” ... so my 2-yr old lab got a hold of the remote and destroyed it. I was able to find a replacement on Amazon and ordered it My boyfriend had it up and running the with AT&T Uverse box and or TV within 2-minutes. I liked it so much I bought another one for the bedroom. To order one from AT&T they want $16.00. Again got the new remote in and within 2-minutes Uverse Box and TV were up and running.
