I worked over 30 years in industrial welding and pipe fitting using industrial quality sanding disks. I was amazed that these very inexpensive sanding disks worked just as well. Much better than expected at a bargain price. AAA+

I believe in some cases you get what you pay for and thus, I don't skimp on abrasives. I was looking for quality abrasives and the Germans make good stuff. I ordered these because the description clearly states Germany. These flap wheels are made in China and the description is a gross misrepresentation.

Absolutely LOVE these discs, they work fast and grind anything from metal to wood down super fast. They are average thickness in comparison to similar products. Last for a long time. They seem to be tear resistant as hard as I have used them but they do wear down over a long time of use. Great stuff!

Divided these 10 with my son. We both use them primarily for sharpening our mower blades. They cut fast and make very quick work of putting a sharp edge on the blades.
