What a great price, I didn’t even notice it was for 2 pieces and still cheaper than other options, flawlessly built, packaged well, sealed separately; functional and have zero issues, would recommend.

These worked great for my CNC pen plotter project. Just be careful when using them with Arduinos. You need to make sure you have an Arduino Uno. I was using an Arduino Mega and could not figure out why my project wasn't working. After everything was connected properly, I had zero issues.

Product is great given the price, the soldering job could be a bit better. On the ones I got I had to bend some of the connectors a bit to fit the stepper motor drivers. But be aware, this is version 3.0 of the CNC shield meaning it is not fully compatible with the latest v1.1 of GRBL. The pinout layout of GRBL for Z-limit and spindle enable has changed and if you want to use these functions with this shield you have to attach directly to the Arduino pins and cut away the 2 pins from the shield. Which works fine, you just have to aware of it. This is not because this product is bad, the product is good! It is simply that the V3.0 shield does not have the new pin layout of GRBL V1.1

I bought this to try to make my own CNC machine but never got to finish due to space constraints. I did however to this board up and running and was able to control motors. So everything worked like it’s supposed to

The CNC shield just arrived yesterday and I haven't had a chance to put it together and run it. But from what I have seen of the board so far.... It fits the Arduino uno with no issue, The soldering is good, the sockets are solid, and it's well labeled. I would say at this point that it was money well spent and I look forward to completing the build up to a finished CNC controller.

I’m using one for an “Eggbot” clone (running EggDuino firmware) and one for an X-Y drawing machine (running GRBL firmware). Both are working well with no issues. One thing to watch out for is the way this shield is powered. I recommend you ignore any Instructable (or other project source) instruction that tells you to draw power for the CNC shield from the Arduino VIN pin. Instead, run a 12VDC adapter directly into the barrel jack on the CNC shield. The shield is built for the high current require to run stepper motors, the Arduino is not. Besides, you will have a computer attached to the USB port of the Arduino anyway and that will provide all the power the Arduino needs.

Super cheap exactly what I needed I had blown a fuse on this previous and was delighted to see how cheap it was to replace. This fits a Arduino perfect and is easy to set up and get gCode sent right away

Very nice solder joints the only bad thing is don't comes with a jumpers Thank you very much good.. I don't test so far but looks good

Permite rediseñar de nuevo tu máquina CNC, teniendo la opción de utilizar cualquier PIN para la finalidad que quieras. Por ejemplo incluir un servomotor.
