Good piece of kit and doesn’t take up any space.
My dad brought me one of these when I was a teenager and it definitely helped me. So now I purchased this one, it helps me keep my arms and chest in shape.

Great addition
I use these for a drop set or superset, chest/shoulders. Really useful and not expensive at all. I have a 60 kg, 40kg and a 30kg. 60kg is for the extra strong!! My forearms and that kind of crushing strength feels harder/stronger. I'd suggest start with a 30! Good product.
