Q: Can i use smartlife app to control it? i have other bulbs on smartlife and don't want to get another app.

Both the Smart Life and Tuya apps work for these. After connecting them to the Smart Life app, I was also able to connect my Google Assistant to it in order to control the lights as well.

Q: Can these bulbs be used via bluetooth only, (with no wifi access)?

No, you have to set up on 2.4. Once you set them up you have to keep bluetooth on 24/7 in order to control the bulb through the Android app tuya. Trash.

Q: Can i control the lights through my google home app on my phone?

Yes i use my Google home and Google mini homes to control the lights and change colors

Q: Can this lights used outdoor ?

Not if the bulbs are exposed to the weather if they are inside of some sort of protective cover yes they can be used Outdoors
