For seller: What will be the expiry date for orders made this week?

I have a monthly subscription. The expiry for my last order, a month ago, was 17/7/23. The previous month's order had an expiry date of 7/7/23. This is very different from when you buy in a big store, where there will be several months (possibly 6+months) expiry. It seems Amazon has a big delivery of stock with a relatively low turnover. It depends on how much you want to buy and how fast you use it but I'd be careful about ordering a large amount if you're not going to power through it.

As soy isn't mentioned in the ingredients, I believe it is.
