Really easy to install. Very good light blocking providing you follow the instructions and cut the fabric slightly bigger than the window. The stick pads have stuck really well to my plastic window frame. No slippage and it’s been up a few weeks now. Love it !

We cut the blind to the size of the entire recess, leaving 2cm extra all around the edge (this is important!), stuck the velcro tabs around the window first (leave them a day to fully adhere), then stuck velcro on material (you stick it to the shiny side!). You have to do it carefully so they match up but there is some leeway when you're putting the blind up. When you put the blind up, the 2cm border snuggles into the edges of the recess, thus blocking out any light that might come in.Compared to the typical blackout roller blind, this blind is actually a real blackout blind - it is like a black hole - no light can escape - so be sure to keep well away from the event horizon!Seriously though, well impressive - total, total darkness and it is very neat when up. 10 out of 10 to them. And if you bother them with email queries, as I did, they are incredibly sweet, friendly and responsive (thank you Craig!). I get the impression they are a small company that really cares about their product and their customers.Recommended.

I work night shift and the sun rises straight onto my bedroom window. I have tried eye masks but they either fall off or I'm taking them off in my sleep and don't find them comftable. I already have blackout curtains but the light escapes around the edges especially at the top. Thought about installing a blind but then I came across this product. I am amaze. Finally I have achieved complete darkness! I even left me toddler in there while I shut the door and she cried to be let out it was that dark. Passed the toddler crying test lol.Was easy to install, cut to the size of my frame then installed the velcro onto the window frame then measured the spacing between the velcro so the pads that go onto the back of the blackout material was perfect fit. Easy to put up starting at the top and working way round the window frame. As for pulling off the velcro is not strong so it comes away really easily to put away into the bag. If it was my choice I'd just leave it up but I live with a missus so you could guess the rest haha.

Pro - once put up it blocks light really wellCon - it was an absolute pig to fit. We initially used the provided stickers. Not enough supplied to ensure light blocking. In the end we resorted to gaffer tape on top all the way round

I wish I’d known about this 18 months ago. After various costly blackout blind solutions from Hilary’s to Gro Blind and more, I could have just bought this little gem. You cut it to size, Velcro round the window and onto the blind and it sticks so well. Then in the morning roll it up and use the yellow Velcro fixing bit. Total blackout, great for our toddlers sleep! Depending on the size of the window there’s enough fabric to make another/take for holiday use. 5 stars!

This was easy to fit and gives a total blackout to the room. Cutting the blind and fitting the Velcro was easy with the leaflet pictures. Removing it it from the window frame was simple and I would recommend this for children's rooms
