This is an outstanding product. Works better then ever expected. You have up to 10 heat setting and also has a timer. I used to run a heater at night in the bedroom. Having this heated mattress pad had eliminated the need for the heater.I would give this product easily a 12 star rating out of 10.

Very good product. Material is resistant so great for adult time. The heating level goes up pretty high I’ve only ever needed it at 5. Drying after washing takes a while and ensure you check to make sure it’s completely dry before plugging it back in. Only gripe is the connector placement is at the base of the cover, you could flip the orientation but you would feel it through the fabric. If they manage to move that connector to the top and off the side then this would be perfect.

This is a must have when the weather starts to change and it gets colder.

Took a while to get here. Got it today. Put it in the bed and turned it on.Setting for heat goes up to 10. I put it on 5 and checked it about 15 minutes later. Very warm. Turned it back to 3 to start.Temp controls are easy to use unless you're old and can't see. I don't believe they light up which makes them even harder to see. They do work well.Comfort yet to be determined. It's waterproof so it has plastic on it. Kind of noisy. With a flannel sheet on it will probably help.Pain relief: Don't know yet. I bought this for my mom to help her keep warm. She does have problems with her hips so we'll see if it helps.Seems to be well made and fit mattress pretty good. Not a very thick mattress so not sure how it would fit on a pillow top or some thicker mattresses.Would buy again. I didn't give 5 stars because I just received it and it hasn't been use yet. May do an update later.UPDATEMy mom loves it. She said it does help a little with pain. It mostly helps keep her warm and helps her relax (which helps with pain).I recommend this product.

Purchased this item a year ago. I love it! The control is terrific to set the the heat level and timer for how long one would want the heat on. It is so easy to wash and dry unlike a heating blanket. This is a great product.

This is a very nice heated mattress pad with all of the features I was looking for. Most importantly, it is comfortable to sleep on. There are separate controls for each side, so I can stay toasty warm while my partner stays cooler. The cords are long and plug in at the bottom rather than on top of the mattress. The pad heats quickly and seems to heat fairly evenly. The controls are easy to use and remember the last setting used, so once you find the temperature and timing you prefer, you don't need to keep resetting it. The little screen lights up briefly when you first turn a controller on, then it shuts off, which can make it challenging to adjust settings in the dark, but is nice if you are very sensitive to light while you sleep.

The mattress pad heats well and I like that it is waterproof. It has a timer on it for 8 or 10 hours that you can use if you want to and has an automatic shut off.I’ve noticed that the display blinks a blue light a couple of times before it shuts off which is nice. I’m able to turn it back on immediately instead of waiting until it cools enough that I notice it’s off.The blue display light turns off after a few seconds after setting the heat temperature. It’s a very nice feature since I like my room to be dark at night. I’ve have had to cover the very bright displays of other heating pads in the past so this has been a great feature for me.The only thing I don’t like about it so far is that you have to change the number back to whatever you had it on every time the mattress pad turns off. It automatically resets back to 1 instead of staying on the number it was on when the mattress pad turned off. It’s inconvenient and takes an additional few seconds to get back up to the setting I like it to be on. Overall though, it keeps me warm and that helps a lot!

Really beautiful looking product and nice to touch, but doesn't function well. Controls didn't work right and unable to have heat at appropriate level as needed. Also, appeared to have spots hotter than others. The pad heated up first night and felt lovely when first got into bed, but unable to change heat level in the night and it shut off when I attempted to reach a lower setting. Tried again for several nights with much frustration with pad shutting off and not restarting. My spouse and I went thru trouble shooting over and over, reconnecting pad and checking everything, but problems persisted and heat would turn off and stay off. Also, the controller settings are hard to see in the dark and since the cord is too short, one has to get out of bed and turn on a light to see what is going on. And once it turns itself off and no longer have any heat, the wires become uncomfortable to lie on. Strangely, the cord that plugs into wall is very long, but the cord that is branched off for the controller is close to the outlet and not the bed. This was very poor design. Sad to say, I can not recommend.
