Great iron supplement with no aftertaste
This is my third time purchasing this supplement for my children and myself. They even asked me to get another bottle when they finished the previous one! As my younger daughter is a regular blood donor, this helps ensure her iron levels hit the mark when she goes for her appointment.Also no after taste!

It tastes like you've had coins in your mouth.
Its a good quality product and I've no qualms with anything, except the after taste - once the liquid is swallowed, you're left with the overwhelming taste of metal coins in the mouth. It has put me off. I've looked to other sources of readily bioavailable iron ( beef liver capsules) instead. If this issue wouldn't bother you, then this item is one of the better iron supplements available out there for sure.

Best Iron Supplement Easy on Stomach.
Excellent iron supplement. Easy on the stomach and the taste is quite nice.

Bought for my daughter who's anaemic, trying to find an liquid iron supplement that's palatable for a child is really hard. We've had nearly every flavour. This was ok upon the sniff test, but the aftertaste is vile unfortunately.

Would recommend
Yes it’s iron and yes there is a metallic taste but this is very easy on the stomach and in my opinion very easy to swallow. Have purchased a few times now, can tell when I don’t take it.

Very good iron supplement
Tastes great. And seems to be boosting my energy and my mood. Skin is healthier and so are my hair and nails. So the zinc is also supporting my health. Great product. And good for those who can’t stomach normal iron tablets.

It didn’t work for me.
After a blood test and iron levels super low my GP recommended for me to take Blue iron as it would be gentler on the stomach. I’ve been taking it for the past 3 months every single day and more than what I should. My iron levels dropped from 38 to 25. Clearly it doesn’t work.
