This product is intentionally light and compact. What it sacrifices is the durability and heft associated with mil-spec grade, or commercial emergency room products. I assembled mine with close attention to not pinching a finger (a risk!) and rested on it briefly. It is small for this 6 ft, 200 lb reviewer and I couldn’t sleep on this without putting a pillow beyond the end. Carrying a big or overweight person would be a challenge but it seems strong enough for multiple uses. I note no pads in the bottom of the aluminum legs and I plan to add something softer to interface with concrete. Good value for occasional emergency use.Compact and sufficient for occasional use. May be a challenge transporting large people.

The box was fine item had a tear/ hole in fabric I had to pay to return this what BS!A week later after it was received I had to call to find out what the status was they told be they would refund my money and if I wanted another one to reorder it

Covered in grime... had to power wash it. not happy with the purchase.
