My physician suggested using magnesium on a regular basis for a variety of reasons. I’ve found that this product is perfect. I typically have some little while before going to bed. I mix it first with some hot water and then mixing some cold. It’s delicious and, within a short period of time, I almost always feel more relaxed. I’ve found it. It really has helped eliminate issues, even if I’ve had a vigorous workout the day prior, helping eliminate muscle cramping. It provides good quality sleep, and also a general sense of wellness.

I believe this helps me relax .. it doesn't put me to sleep, but it is nice. It has a decent flavor that isn't hard to take. I've been using it for over a year and even take it with me when I travel.

I take this every night and definitely know the difference if I skip a night. Not only does it help calm my body before bed but it also helps keep me regular with bowel movements. I love the sour taste of the flavor as well. My kids will also take it and say it taste like sour candy.

Large supply. Lasts so long I don't order often. One scoop a night and I have the best quality sleep. Magnesium helps with everything. My husband is usually a light sleeper but when he takes a gulp of this he gets great sleep. The taste is delightful but it is a bit difficult to make. Must dissolve in warm water.
